Shipping & Delivery

**Notice: Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and an increase in our orders, it may take a bit longer than usual for your order to be delivered. We are working tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while following all necessary precautions to keep our warehouse team healthy and safe. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, please follow your tracking information for the most recent updates on your package! 

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business day. Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.

Please expect your package within 3-7 business days when choosing Standard Shipping.

Please contact our Customer Service team if you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your tracking number. 

Human Way Center ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Human Way Center, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Human Way Center does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please seek information from our Customer Service Team.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to Mexico and Canada. However, we want to clarify that we are not responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon the packages destination

These costs are determined and charged solely by the shipping company and the customs authorities of the destination country. The customer is responsible for any payment required for delivery.
